You will gain valuable experience performing maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of material handling equipment, contributing to the efficiency and success of our clients' operations. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training in mechanics or related fields is a strong plus.
  • Foundational mechanical knowledge paired with eagerness to learn.
  • Familiarity with hand tools and diagnostic equipment is valued.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-first mindset.
  • Ability to build trust and deliver a positive customer experience.
  • Quick to adapt and eager to troubleshoot issues.
  • Capable of lifting 50+ lbs, standing for extended periods, and working in varied environments (indoors, outdoors, and shop settings).
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Forklift maintenance/repair certifications are beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and highly motivated to grow within the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with regular maintenance and repairs on material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery.
  • Work under the guidance of experienced technicians to develop your mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
  • Assist in providing excellent customer service by learning to communicate effectively with clients about the status and needs of their equipment.
  • Help maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and labor hours, in compliance with company standards.
  • Follow all safety regulations and standards to ensure a safe working environment for yourself, colleagues and clients.
  • Participate in training sessions and stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
