Requirements

  • 0-1+ years hybrid or chip and wire assembly experience.
  • Ability to use tweezers and other small hand-tools.
  • Basic computer skills for documenting defects and time charging.
  • This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by US export laws. In order to be eligible for this position, you must be a 'US Person' under US export laws (or eligible for approval under a U.S. Government export license).

Nice To Haves

  • At least 1 year hybrid or chip and wire assembly experience.
  • CCA assembly or soldering experience.
  • Experience using automated assembly equipment.
  • Demonstrate the ability to interact effectively with team members.
  • Attention to detail and ability to carefully follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

  • Novice in at least two of the following skills; wire bonding, gap welding, eutectic die attach, epoxy attach.
  • Be able to handle devices, and other small components using tweezers under a microscope.
  • Work under guidance of cell lead or another higher level assembler, take ownership for your quality and learn to make continual improvements.
  • Participate in meetings, occasionally make suggestions and partner with your team to meet daily production goals.
  • Maintain a neat and orderly work area.
  • Ability to work under a microscope 8 hours per day.
  • Effectively communicate in English and read work instructions.
