Requirements

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to the premises.
• Verify identification and credentials of individuals entering restricted areas.
• Deny unauthorized entry and report any breaches.
• Conduct routine patrols of the property to detect and deter suspicious activity.
• Monitor surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and security equipment.
• Identify and report safety hazards, maintenance issues, or security concerns.
• Respond promptly to alarms or incidents, including emergencies such as medical situations, fire, or theft.
• Document incidents accurately and submit detailed reports.
• Contact emergency services or law enforcement when necessary.
• Provide directions and assistance to visitors, employees, or tenants.
• Handle inquiries or complaints in a professional manner.
• Maintain a visible and approachable presence to promote safety.
• Enforce company policies and site-specific regulations.
• Follow all post orders and security protocols.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all security operations.
