About The Position

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must hold a Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS) Security Guard License or be eligible to obtain one.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to observe and document observations.
• Team player with a consistent positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

• One or more years' experience as a Security or Patrol Officer (preferred).
• Applicants with VALID guard card are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report safety hazards, property damage, or suspicious activity for CIS Security clients.
• Complete all site duties and patrols.
• Write detailed incident reports and maintain daily activity logs.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, employees, and visitors.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Maintain confidentiality of all information pertaining to CIS Security and its customers.
