About The Position

Arrow Funds is seeking candidates who want to pursue a sales career in the financial services industry. The role is tasked with discussing and positioning investment strategies offered by Arrow to financial intermediaries.

Requirements

• Knowledge of asset allocation strategies and equity strategies or experience with the sales of other financial products - Mutual Funds, Fund of Funds, ETFs, Separately Managed Accounts, Variable Annuities.
• Understanding of how investment product manufacturers interact with distributors.
• Awareness of Arrow Funds products.
• Strong presentation, communication, and organization skills.

Nice To Haves

• 0-1 Year Financial Services experience, preferred.
• FINRA Series 6 or 7 a plus.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate meetings and develop new business in the financial intermediary market.
• Support current relationships through leads and call campaigns with Financial Advisors and Brokers.
• Assist in achieving territory sales goals after the initial trial period.
