Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to showcase floor care products and solutions
- Deliver hands-on product demonstrations in homes and businesses
- Learn the complete sales process from first contact to close
- Track progress toward daily and weekly goals and celebrate team success
- Develop leadership and communication skills through ongoing mentorship
