About The Position
Safe Home Direct is a leader in the home security industry, providing trusted protection solutions to homeowners nationwide. A structured training program is designed to give entry-level representatives a strong foundation in sales, customer service, and business fundamentals, with no experience required. Interns receive hands-on mentorship, daily sales training, and mindset coaching that provides a foundation for long-term success in any field. Many past interns have gone on to hold leadership positions on the team or stay in touch with mentors for years after the program ends.
Requirements
- Entry-Level Candidates: No experience required — just motivation and a willingness to learn
- Strong Communicators: You know how to build rapport and connect with people
- Resilient & Motivated: You can handle rejection and stay driven
- Adaptable: Thrives in fast-paced, team-centered environments
- High Integrity: You uphold strong ethics and professionalism
- Ready to work: Open to walking, working outdoors, and interacting with people in person
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Able to pass a background check
- Willing to travel to Nashville, TN for the summer
Responsibilities
- Generate customer leads through direct-to-home contact
- Participate in team training sessions and 1-on-1 mentorship
- Learn how to run the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing deals
- Schedule qualified appointments for sales opportunities
- Support clients through the sales process and after installation
- Work toward company goals and contribute to overall team performance
