About The Position

Bowen Marketing is actively hiring for an Entry Level Outside Sales Representative to represent a leading pest control service provider in local communities. This role is perfect for individuals who are highly motivated and competitive, comfortable working outdoors and engaging face-to-face with homeowners, and looking to earn $60K–$120K+ based on performance. You’ll be responsible for generating new customers by educating homeowners on pest control solutions and helping them protect their homes and families. We partner with professional pest control providers to deliver reliable, high-quality pest management solutions to homeowners. Our approach focuses on education, service, and long-term customer relationships.

Requirements

• No prior pest control experience required (training provided)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Positive attitude with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking/standing for extended periods
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Wants to break into sales and control your income potential
• Is coachable and ready to follow a proven system
• Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-based environment
• Enjoys meeting new people and closing deals face-to-face

Responsibilities
