Home Energy Pros is a rapidly growing home energy efficiency company helping homeowners reduce energy costs and improve comfort through innovative attic and insulation solutions. We’re expanding our sales team and looking for motivated individuals who want to build a high-income career in sales. No sales experience is required. We provide training, mentorship, and a clear path for advancement.
Requirements

- Ability to work outdoors and walk neighborhoods
- Coachable and motivated to learn
- Sales experience is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Knock on residential doors in targeted neighborhoods
- Speak with homeowners about energy efficiency improvements
- Set appointments for in-home consultations
- Represent Home Energy Pros professionally in the community
- Track leads and activity daily
