You will be part of a supportive team environment where you will learn to conduct strategic neighborhood canvassing, perform professional roof inspections, guide homeowners through the insurance claims process, and convert leads into satisfied customers. For those with sales experience, we are also looking for proven Sales Representatives who can leverage their skills in a rapidly expanding company. You will generate substantial commissions, lead roof inspections, navigate insurance claims, and maintain a robust pipeline of leads. Our company offers an industry-leading commission structure, monthly incentive trips for top performers, and a clear path to leadership roles.

Requirements

• Availability to work Monday-Friday (11:00 AM to dusk) and high-earning Saturday mornings
• 1-3 years of successful sales experience
