About The Position

Rose Roofing and Restoration is seeking an Entry Level Sales Representative to join our dynamic, family-owned company that has experienced explosive growth from $2M to $15M in just two years. This role is designed for ambitious individuals eager to learn and grow within our award-winning sales team. As a licensed Class A General Contractor, we pride ourselves on our ACE mentality: Accountability, Communication, and Excellence. In this position, you will conduct strategic neighborhood canvassing, perform professional roof inspections, guide homeowners through the insurance claims process, and convert leads into satisfied customers. You will also build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through canvassing and follow-ups. With comprehensive training and mentorship, you will master our proven sales system and secure new client agreements monthly, all while providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Coachable attitude and eagerness to learn
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated with a growth mindset
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time
• Availability to work Monday-Friday (11:00 AM to dusk) and high-earning Saturday mornings
