About The Position

Rose Roofing and Restoration is seeking an Entry Level Sales Representative to join our dynamic, family-owned company that has experienced explosive growth from $2M to $15M in just two years. This role is designed for ambitious individuals eager to learn and grow within our award-winning sales team. In this position, you will conduct neighborhood canvassing, perform professional roof inspections, guide homeowners through the insurance claims process, and convert leads into satisfied customers. Requirements

• Coachable attitude and eagerness to learn

• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time
• Availability to work Monday-Friday (11:00 AM to dusk) and high-earning Saturday mornings
