With plans to go nationwide by 2030, we’re building out a dream team of motivated talent to help us get there. We’re looking for an energetic, driven individual to join our team as a Sales Recruiter. No prior recruiting experience? No problem — we’ll teach you everything you need to know. What you must bring is grit, personality, a competitive spirit, and a desire to win. You’ll be responsible for identifying, screening, and coordinating interviews for top sales talent across the Mid-Atlantic region. This is a high-volume, fast-paced role perfect for someone who thrives in a goal-focused environment.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and phone presence
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Highly money motivated — you thrive with bonuses and goals
- High personal accountability and the ability to work autonomously
- Strong digital literacy and access to a personal computer and cell phone
Nice To Haves
- Recent college graduate or someone interested in recruiting/sales
- Competitive, energetic, and eager to grow
- Strong resume sourcing skills (Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter)
Responsibilities
- Own the top of the funnel: Source resumes, and proactively reach out to candidates
- Conduct quick, engaging phone screens (we’ll train you!)
- Schedule interviews with local hiring teams
- Keep Breezy and other applicant tracking tools organized and up to date
- Hit weekly volume, activity, and hiring targets
- Move fast, communicate clearly, and stay highly organized
