No problem, we provide comprehensive training to set you up for success! New for 2026: Flexible Split Schedules We understand that the world of work is changing. To better serve our clients and support our team’s lifestyle, we are excited to introduce a new split-shift model: The In-Office Shift (8 AM – 4 PM): Focus on in-person showroom excellence and team collaboration. This shift is 100% in-office. The Hybrid Shift (12 PM – 7 PM): Experience the best of both worlds. Work from the showroom during peak hours and transition to at-home virtual work from 7 PM – 9 PM , managing and answering incoming leads from the comfort of your own space. Why Choose Coastal?
