We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Entry Level Sales Operations Analyst who would like to kickstart their career and gain some valuable experience directly supporting the VP of Sales and enhance our efforts to grow the business. Critical responsibilities include: Providing accurate and up-to-date visibility of the sales team’s performance Calculating performance comparisons for analysis (such as a Year-Over-Year customer analysis) Managing the forecasting process and tracking forecasting accuracy Analyzing sales data to determine trends and best next steps Managing the Sales Incentive Plan Supporting the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool Supporting Sales demand creation campaigns Assist in the contract lifecycle management of our customers Additional responsibility may include supporting analysis and initiative requests by the CEO, COO, and HR. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of data analysis, excellent cross-functional communication skills, and a proactive mindset for driving process improvements
