About The Position

We’re expanding our event-based sales and marketing team and actively hiring Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associates to support ethical brands and nonprofit organizations through face-to-face marketing, live events, and community outreach campaigns. Position Overview As an Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associate, you will execute in-person promotional and outreach campaigns that increase awareness, drive engagement, and generate measurable results for mission-driven brands and nonprofit partners. Requirements

  • Are 18+ years old and authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Represent nonprofit organizations and socially responsible brands at live events, pop-ups, and community outreach locations
  • Engage community members through face-to-face marketing and relationship building
  • Support donor outreach, supporter sign-ups, and lead generation efforts
  • Collaborate with team members to implement sales and outreach strategies
  • Track campaign performance using CRM systems and reporting tools
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs
