About The Position

We’re expanding our event-based sales and marketing team and actively hiring Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associates . In this role, you’ll support ethical brands and nonprofit organizations through face-to-face marketing, live events, and community outreach campaigns . Position Overview As an Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associate , you’ll execute in-person outreach and promotional campaigns that raise awareness, generate support, and drive results for nonprofits and socially responsible brands . Requirements

• Are at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Hold a high school diploma or GED (college coursework is a plus)
• Enjoy working with people in public and event-based settings
• Communicate clearly and respond well to feedback
• Are goal-oriented and interested in career growth

Responsibilities

• Represent mission-driven brands and nonprofit partners at events, pop-ups, and outreach locations
• Engage community members through face-to-face marketing and relationship building
• Support donor outreach, supporter sign-ups, and lead generation efforts
• Collaborate with team members to execute sales and outreach strategies
• Track and report campaign results using CRM and performance tools
• Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and coaching sessions
