As an Entry-Level Sales & Field Marketing Representative , you are the first impression of Renewal by Andersen. This role is independent, high-energy, and performance-driven the more consistent you are, the more you earn.

Requirements

• Driver’s Licenses are Required
• Are motivated by earning more , not just clocking in
• Can handle rejection and keep moving forward
• Like working independently but still want team support
• Are coachable and open to feedback
• Are physically active and comfortable walking 7–10 miles/day
• See this as a stepping stone , not a dead end

Responsibilities

• Going door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods
• Talking with homeowners (no hard selling)
• Creating interest and setting appointments for our Sales Team
• Tracking your activity using company-provided canvassing tech
• Learning sales fundamentals that can lead to higher-earning roles
