About The Position

We are looking for people who want to work in our local area of Burleson to promote the Mazda brand. We are a growing store and need the right people to help us grow and keep up with the demand. We provide a premium quality experience to all of our customers unlike any other store. Our clients typically don't have a ton of knowledge about the Mazda brand and we want to be there to educate them on our amazing company. We are looking for self driven individuals to promote the brand online through social media avenues and to our in person foot traffic that comes through our location. We don't require a ton of experience but we do require work ethic. We require drive and desire to suceed. In a small town like Burleson, our reputation is very important so we ask that everyone that works for the Hiley organization operates to very high standards. You will be a crucial part of the dealerships growth.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Be 19 years of age or older
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Eagerness and drive to succeed
• Confidence and persistence
• Upbeat positive attitude
• Strong work ethic
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

Responsibilities

• Promote the brand online through social media avenues
• Educate clients on the Mazda brand
• Promote the dealership online through various social media outlets
• Post information about the products online
• Build rapport with the customer
• Understanding their needs and matching them up with the right vehicle
