About The Position
Green Star Exteriors is seeking motivated, energetic individuals to join our Entry Level Sales Team. This position requires no prior experience, as we provide paid training to help you develop essential sales, communication, and leadership skills. You will engage with homeowners face-to-face in designated neighborhoods to discuss their home’s exterior needs, including roofing, windows, siding, and doors. This role offers a competitive earning potential of $70K-$140K+ through a base salary and uncapped commission, along with numerous incentives and rewards for performance.
