For over 100 years, Maguire has been an industry leader in the fabrication, construction, and maintenance of water storage tanks and elevated water towers. Maguire needs entry level sales representatives for Nebraska and Iowa to speak with prospects, customers and engage in all levels of sales process. We will train on the critical skills necessary to be successful in a sales role and ready for their next phase in a sales career. We need to build bench strength individuals to fill open territories and grow our organization to meet the goals we have set. Essential Functions: Responsible for setting appointments and phone calls for both new prospects and current customers. Maintain and track records of calls, appointments and field marketing event attendance. Identify and contact prospective new customers to determine water tank needs. Make phone calls focusing on building rapport, uncovering needs and ultimately booking inspections/washouts and appointments Prospect research in assigned territory. Support sales efforts of senior territory representative Present recommendations, scope of work, and pricing proposals to identified current and prospect customers.
