M&M Home Remodeling is hiring an Entry-Level Roofing Laborer to join our team in Crete, IL. This is a hands-on, paid training role designed for someone early in their career who wants to learn the roofing and exterior remodeling trade from the ground up.
This is not a union apprenticeship - you'll be trained directly by experienced crew members on real job sites, gaining practical skills quickly and building a path into higher-level roles.

Requirements

• Reliable and shows up ready to work
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working outdoors and on ladders/heights
• Able to lift 50 lbs and handle physical work
• Valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

• Construction experience is a plus - not required

Responsibilities

• Work alongside experienced crews on residential roofing and exterior projects
• Assist with repairs, service calls, and full roof replacements
• Help install roofing systems, siding, gutters, soffit, and fascia
• Load, move, and prep materials at job sites and in the warehouse
• Safely use basic hand and power tools (training provided)
• Support job site cleanup and organization
• Follow safety guidelines and company processes
• Learn systems like AccuLynx and material workflows over time
