About The Position

Superior Contracting and Maintenance is hiring an entry level remodeler to support our Home Ease residential maintenance and remodeling operations. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build hands on remodeling experience while receiving consistent, year round work and strong organizational support. Work includes residential remodeling and maintenance tasks such as drywall repairs, light carpentry, fixture installations, troubleshooting, and general home repairs.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent follow through
• Truck, van, or SUV required
• Basic to complete remodel toolset required
• Prior remodeling or maintenance experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift, carry, and transport tools and materials
• Valid driver’s license
• Comfortable using a mobile or web based portal
• Must reside in the United States
• Inability to provide a valid I9 or W9 with a valid Tax ID
• Failure to complete required onboarding or training
• Poor communication or repeated missed appointments

• Prior remodeling or maintenance experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist with residential remodeling and maintenance projects
• Support drywall, carpentry, and general repair work
• Complete assigned work orders with quality craftsmanship and code compliance
• Communicate clearly with Project Managers and internal teams
• Maintain professional conduct and customer service standards
• Upload job notes, photos, and job status updates in the online vendor portal
• Follow company protocols, safety standards, and timelines
