About The Position
Aerotek is seeking an Entry Level Recruiter Trainee to join our Strategic Delivery Operations team in Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools, screening and interviewing candidates, and performing customer service-related activities. You will also provide local market intelligence and strategic recommendations to team leads, partner with various internal teams to enhance the candidate experience, and work closely with leadership to identify key accounts and market segments. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to give back to the community by volunteering with philanthropic organizations. Aerotek offers a comprehensive training program to support your success in this role. The position comes with a base salary of $45,000, with unlimited earning potential through commissions after the training period. After one year of employment, your base salary will increase to $55,000, along with opportunities for performance-based incentives such as quarterly bonuses and an all-expense-paid trip.
