About The Position
As an Entry Level Recruiter/Sales Trainee at Aerotek, you will play a crucial role in connecting qualified candidates with the right job opportunities. Your journey will begin with identifying qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools, screening and interviewing them, and partnering with your Account Manager to target key accounts and skill sets. Building and maintaining relationships with industry contacts will be essential for generating referrals and sales leads, while also performing customer service-related activities. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to give back to your community by volunteering and partnering with philanthropic organizations. The role offers a base salary of $45,000, with unlimited earning potential through weekly commissions after the training period. Upon completing one year of employment, your base salary will increase to $55,000. The projected earnings for recruiters in their first three years can reach up to $102,000, while those advancing to Sales Manager positions can earn significantly more.
