Using strategies backed by science (called Applied Behavior Analysis, or ABA), you'll help kids build important life skills-like communication, social interaction, and daily routines-in their homes, at our centers, or in community settings. You'll follow a personalized plan created by our clinical team and bring energy, compassion, and structure to each session. Whether you're playing games, guiding through tasks, or celebrating a small win, your support helps children grow in big ways. This is a flexible, on-the-go role perfect for someone who's passionate about making a difference and thrives in dynamic environments. Training is provided, and you'll always have support from our experienced clinical leaders.
