Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands effectively.
Responsibilities
- Assist project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects.
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure all files are up to date.
- Communicate with team members and stakeholders to provide timely updates and gather requirements.
- Track project progress and identify any issues or delays to escalate promptly.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, preparing agendas and minutes.
