You will work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist project managers in the planning and execution of projects.
- Track project progress and report on status updates to stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes.
- Maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Help in the development of project plans and timelines.
- Communicate with team members and external partners to ensure alignment on project goals.
