This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their careers in project management. As an Entry Level Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting project managers in executing projects from inception to completion. Job: On site Location: Dallas, TX Pay Range: $900- $1200 per week
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
Responsibilities
- Assist project managers in planning and execution of projects
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information
- Communicate with team members and stakeholders about project developments
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including project plans and reports
- Monitor project progress and identify any potential issues
- Assist in organizing and facilitating project meetings
