Run process equipment, add ingredients, conduct blending/packaging, and complete cleaning tasks following SOPs and cGMPs. Track Key Performance Measures and adhere to safety and regulatory requirements. Capture MPR entries, cleaning records, logbooks, and withdrawal sheets to maintain a complete batch record. Perform in‑process testing, collect equipment readings, and assess particles via microscope to verify product quality. Escalate delays, equipment issues, and deviations promptly to peers and the Shift Team Lead. Participate in DICI (dsm‑firmenich Integrated Continuous Improvement) and model the Arcadia Code of Conduct. Accept additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by leadership. Schedule Training/orientation: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM. Regular schedule after training: Monday–Friday, 12:45 PM–9:00 PM (2nd shift). Flexibility for changing shift patterns and overtime as production needs evolve.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional process technology education is a plus.
  • 6+ months of hands‑on experience in a production environment.
  • Safe operation of mechanized equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
