Entry-Level Production Associate Responsibilities (please note that this is not an exhaustive list, and you may be asked to assist in other areas as needed): Accurately cutting and assembling hydraulic hoses according to company policies, customer specifications, and production guidelines Completing and submitting inspection paperwork and inventory records Using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment while following safety protocols and wearing personal protective equipment Keeping your work area neat and clean Following all quality standards and inspections Collaborating with team members and following directions from leadership to fulfill customer orders and meet delivery timelines Identifying and working through nonconformance of products/standards Participating in ongoing training and serving as a positive example for quality, safety, and compliance practices Cross-training in other business areas to support the company's vision, mission, and values Entry-Level Production Associate Qualifications: 18+ years old Willingness to learn and follow standard business practices High school degree or GED equivalent PREFERRED - Industrial manufacturing experience PREFERRED - Forklift certification (training is provided) If you're at least 21 years old, hold a valid driver's license, and have a clean driving record, you could also serve as a backup driver (if you're interested). Necessary Abilities & Skills Ability to use tools and equipment like saws, crimpers, forklifts, etc. Ability to accurately read and interpret technical documents and work instructions Ability to lift 65 lbs. using proper lifting techniques Ability to read tape measures and digital calipers Ability to build rapport and foster trust with teammates Basic math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing) Basic computer skills with the ability to type 25+ wpm Multitasking, time management, and task prioritization skills Clear, concise, and effective verbal and written communication skills Compensation & Perks: Competitive pay of $16.00/hour Health insurance Dental Vision Paid vacation Holidays 401(k) with employer match And more!
