• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of production equipment and software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the production team with all pre-production tasks, including scheduling and script preparation.
• Help set up production equipment and manage on-set logistics during shoots.
• Coordinate communication between crew members and departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Support the production team in researching locations, props, and talent for projects.
• Maintain inventory of production supplies and equipment.
