About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Production Assistant to join our dynamic production team. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to start their career in the production industry and are willing to learn the ins and outs of production processes. As a Production Assistant, you will play a critical supporting role in coordinating and facilitating various aspects of production operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant coursework in production or media is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on various tasks as needed.
• Physical ability to lift and move equipment and work on your feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up production equipment and materials before the start of each project or shoot.
• Support the production team by coordinating schedules, managing logistics, and tracking progress.
• Handle inventory management, including organizing and maintaining production supplies and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with on-site production activities, including managing props, equipment, and talent support.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment at all times.
