Entry Level Product Acceptance Specialist
About The Position
Boeing Global Services (BGS), Distribution Business, is looking for an Entry Level Product Acceptance Specialist to join our team in Hialeah, FL. Position Responsibilities: Operate forklift, Proofreads paperwork for traceability for part number, lot number accuracy and test requirements Scanning of certifications, packing slips, test reports and pertinent documents associated with the item being received Assist in internal, customer and third-party audits. Identify and communicate opportunities to increase Inspector productivity. Assist with the on-hold process. Lift and carry cartons weighing up to 35 lbs. and manage cartons in excess of 35 lbs. utilizing available safety tools. Places parts in proper location and/or inspectors after identifying and verifying part numbers Uses a utility cart, identifies cartons by part number, uses a computer or laptop, cart, hand scanner and PC. Picking and filling orders using a laptop computer Support reaching Departmental & Company Key Results Performs other duties as requested, directed or assigned
Requirements
- 1-2 years of related general work experience
- Knowledge and understanding of traceability
- Fluent in English, reading, writing and verbal communication
- Detailed oriented, well organized, self-motivated and must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite and use of office equipment and computers
- Strong analytical, organizational, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to stand and walk on cement floors for long periods of time throughout the workday.
- Basic Computer Knowledge
- This role requires passing a documented color and near vision exam
Nice To Haves
- Previous aerospace inspection experience
- Ability to read blueprints
- Knowledge of AS9100 requirements
- Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
- Understanding of Six Sigma / team concepts
- DFAR Experience

- Summary pay range: $35,000 - $49,000
