About The Position

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Entry Level Procurement Analyst to join our dynamic team in Mesa, Arizona, Bellevue, Everett and Kent, Washington, Berkeley and Hazelwood, Missouri, Huntsville, Alabama, Long Beach and Seal Beach, California. This position is hybrid, requiring some onsite work at one of the listed locations. The selected candidate will be part of a team that assists in the development and deployment of internal/external process improvements, organization initiatives, and procurement activities.

Requirements

• More than 1 year of experience in access management, identity & access governance, or IT security.
• Strong knowledge of role-based access control (RBAC) and supplier access management tools.
• Familiarity with SOX compliance, user validation, and revalidation processes.
• Hands-on experience with supplier enablement projects, system access control, and issue resolution.
• Proficiency in Exostar, STAR/CSMART, and ESA Footprints Project Management.
• More than 1 year of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Experience with Excel, Access, or other database management.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the development and deployment of internal/external process improvements, organization initiatives and projects/procurement activities.
• Assists with the maintenance of processes and systems.
• Utilizes procurement/planning systems to ensure planning, validation, and maintaining of all requirements for procurement analysis.
• Supports the coordination and tracking of action items and metrics, supplier management procedures for planning, procurement plans, shortage mitigation, schedule validation, self-governance, and inventory analysis.
