About The Position

Thrust Aviation is looking for ambitious, phone-driven sales talent to join our growing team in an entry-level role designed to launch your career in private jet sales. This position can be fully remote or based out of our Boca Raton, Florida office, depending on your preference. If you're great on the phone, know how to generate leads and conversations, and want to build a long-term future in the luxury aviation industry, this is your opportunity. We provide full private aviation training, a proven system, and a clear growth path. You bring energy, consistency, and outbound experience. This role is your foot in the door to private aviation, but make no mistake, it’s a high-volume outbound calling position. You’ll be expected to make over 120 calls per day to re-engage leads, follow up with prospects, and drive live conversations. If you’ve done outbound sales before and loved the hunt, you’ll thrive here. If not, this won’t be the right fit. You’ll also have opportunities to grow across our group of aviation companies, expanding your reach into aircraft sales, aircraft management, and fuel and parts procurement services. Requirements

  • 1+ year of outbound phone sales or appointment-setting experience
  • Comfortable making 100+ calls per day and handling high-rejection environments
  • Strong follow-up discipline and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written
  • Remote-ready: able to work U.S. business hours from a distraction-free setup
  • Coachable, self-motivated, and ready to grow

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using CRMs like Salesforce, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, etc. preferred

Responsibilities

  • Make 80–120 outbound calls per day using our CRM and sequences
  • Qualify leads, re-engage past prospects, and drive live conversations
  • Schedule appointments or live transfers to our senior Charter Brokers
  • Track pipeline activity and follow-up tasks within CRM
  • Receive ongoing training in private jet charter, client etiquette, and deal structure
  • Support sales activity with communication and coordination
  • Participate in weekly coaching and performance reviews
