About The Position

Air Charter Service is seeking a Private Jet Sales Consultant to manage the full travel and sales cycle for our clients, which include high-net-worth individuals, Fortune 500 companies, governments, and entertainment organizations. The role involves building a list of potential clients, conducting outbound sales activities, and maintaining relationships with both clients and private jet operators to ensure the best service and aircraft options. The consultant will also manage charter bookings from inquiry to completion and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Building a list of potential clients by researching internal and external databases, websites, and social media.
  • Pro-actively targeting potential clients through outbound sales calls, emails, and visits.
  • Building relationships with Private Jet Operators to provide suitable aircraft choices.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Exceeding sales activity and financial targets consistently.
  • Confirming company procedures are followed methodically to protect ACS and the client.
  • Demonstrating an expert understanding of the aircraft and chartering process.
  • Managing charter bookings from inquiry to completion.
  • Overseeing flight departures.
  • Building a wide and effective network of contacts inside and outside the organization.
  • Making prompt, clear decisions involving tough choices or considered risks.
