You will assist customers at the service counter with check-ins and pick-ups, support the Senior Service Advisor with scheduling, paperwork, and phone calls, and help maintain a clean and customer-friendly service area. Additionally, you will learn and assist with all aspects of the Service and Parts Department, ensuring accurate entry of sales into the dealer management system and processing the appropriate paperwork.
