We’re looking for a motivated Entry-Level Powersports Technician who is ready to move beyond the crate and start mastering the mechanical heart of motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and personal watercraft. • Tool Savvy: Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic equipment (multimeters, etc.).

  • Valid driver’s license (Motorcycle endorsement required or obtainable within 90 days).

Responsibilities

  • Routine Maintenance: Perform oil changes, fluid flushes, tire swaps, and brake services.
  • System Diagnostics: Assist senior techs in troubleshooting electrical, fuel, and mechanical issues.
  • Precision Assembly: Unbox and assemble new units with a focus on technical "dial-in" and safety checks.

  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) to ensure every machine is trail-ready.
  • Shop Excellence: Maintain a professional-grade toolset and a clean, efficient workspace.
