Requirements
- Entry-level plumbing experience OR strong mechanical background
- Interest in install work (not service)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable, hard-working, and team-oriented
- 3+ years of driving experience
- No major violations in the past 3 years
- Safe driving history
Nice To Haves
- Equipment experience ( excavator, skid steer, trenching ) is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist with residential plumbing installs (water heaters, sewer lines, piping)
- Support sewer replacements and underground work
- Help operate excavators, trenchers, and bobcats (training provided)
- Work directly with a lead installer to learn the trade
- Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized
- Provide 5-star service to customers
