  • Provide exceptional customer service as a Pest Control Technician.
  • Solve existing pest/rodent problems and recommend corrective actions to prevent future issues.
  • Help community members by solving their pest challenges and building long-term relationships.
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation, including walking, ascending/descending stairs and ladders, and carrying up to 75 pounds.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Technical proficiency with computers and smartphones.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Solid attention to detail.
  • Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule (between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.) and some weekends.
  • Successful completion of drug testing, reference checks, and criminal background check.
