About The Position
Mercer Manor Rehabilitation is hiring individuals interested in entering the healthcare field. No prior experience is required-training is provided. This opportunity is ideal for individuals searching for paid CNA training, nursing assistant programs, or entry-level healthcare jobs with no experience required . In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in a skilled nursing setting while learning the fundamentals of resident care. You will work alongside experienced staff and build the skills needed for a long-term career in healthcare. Paid training at $15.50/hour during the learning period Full-time schedule of approximately 40 hours per week (flexibility required) As you progress through training and meet program requirements, you will have the opportunity to obtain state certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) . Team members who successfully complete training and certification are eligible for full-time positions with benefits , with starting pay at $19.50/hour . This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals ready to start a stable and rewarding career in healthcare.
