About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Entry-Level Parts Advisor to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in the automotive industry. The Parts Advisor will assist customers and technicians in locating, ordering, and receiving the correct automotive parts while delivering outstanding service.

Requirements

We’re seeking a fast-learning, tech-savvy professional with a gamer-type mentality—someone who picks things up quickly, loves numbers and memorization, excels on computers, and can multitask in a fast-paced environment. Automotive knowledge is a plus, but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Valid driver’s license.
Strong computer skills; ability to learn inventory and ordering systems.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Interest in the automotive industry; ideal role for Gamers, entry level Parts background, or anyone that is strong learning new applications.

Responsibilities

Assist with identifying and locating the correct parts.
Check availability, and process orders accurately.
Maintain knowledge of parts inventory, pricing, and promotions.
Assist technicians and service staff with parts requests.
Receive, stock, and organize parts deliveries.
Keep the parts department clean, organized, and professional.
