About The Position

Kick-start your legal career where the action is. We’re looking for a sharp, motivated recent graduate to join our litigation team as an entry-level paralegal—an ideal role for someone seriously considering law school and eager to build real-world experience before taking the next step. This is a front-row seat to high-stakes litigation, where you’ll work closely with attorneys, dig into complex matters, and develop skills that law school can’t teach in a classroom. If you’re intellectually curious, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can commit to at least two years before law school or other pursuits, this is your chance to learn, grow, and make an impact from day one. Build foundational knowledge of litigation procedures while developing proficiency with legal technology and firm systems. Follow established procedures and instructions to deliver high-quality work, while learning to identify resources that improve efficiency. Apply strong organizational skills to manage workflow, documents, and deadlines across matters, teams, and departments. Identify issues as they arise and collaborate with attorneys and staff to help resolve problems effectively. Assist in all phases of litigation—from case inception through trial or resolution—including document collection, review, and production. Coordinate case documents and electronic discovery, working closely with the firm’s eDiscovery Resource Management team. Support court filings and depositions by proofreading, cite-checking, Bluebook verification, preparing exhibits, subpoenas, and summaries. Contribute to factual and legal research, witness and evidence tracking, and trial preparation and logistics, including attending trial as needed.
