Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, retail sales, etc.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to converse, read, and write in English.
  • Physical ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Explore your assigned territory and introduce local businesses to W.B. Mason's offerings.
  • Meet with potential clients to uncover their needs and demonstrate how W.B. Mason's products and services can help.
  • Demo products and share web tools with potential clients.
  • Offer custom pricing and assist new customers in getting set up through MasonvilleGO.
  • Work closely with inside sales and onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions for new accounts.
  • Participate in regular branch sales meetings for support and connection.
