About The Position

As an Entry-Level Oil Change Technician , you will play an important role in keeping our customers’ vehicles running safely and efficiently. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, wants to learn automotive service skills, and takes pride in delivering quality work. You’ll work alongside experienced technicians, receive ongoing training, and gain exposure to dealership service operations while building a strong foundation for long-term growth in the automotive industry.

Requirements

• Automotive experience helpful but not required — training provided
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Basic mechanical aptitude preferred
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and basic inspections
• Inspect vehicles for safety and maintenance needs and report findings to service advisors or senior technicians
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop and work areas
• Follow dealership safety standards, procedures, and manufacturer guidelines
• Assist technicians with additional service tasks as needed
• Ensure vehicles are handled with care and professionalism
• Deliver excellent customer-focused service through quality workmanship
