Entry-Level Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) - Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Bethany at Silverlake | Everett, WA $55-$60/hour | Full-Time | Flexible Schedule | Therapist-Owned Company Relocation Assistance Available (Case-by-Case) Independence Rehab is hiring a Full-Time Occupational Therapist for Bethany at Silverlake, a highly regarded skilled nursing facility in Everett, WA. New therapists receive: Amazing integration and onboarding 1:1 training for documentation and evaluations Customized clinical training based on your experience Ongoing mentorship and competency support when needed What You'll Do As the OT, you'll treat a geriatric population in a SNF setting, including: Functional ADL retraining and adaptive strategies Transfer training (all levels) Fall prevention and safety training Treatment of clinically complex patients Discharge planning and care coordination Supervision of a COTA (as needed) Collaboration with nursing, PT, ST, and facility staff
Requirements
- Current OT license in good standing (Washington or another state), with the ability/willingness to obtain a Washington OT license
- Degree from an accredited OT program
- Organized, self-starter who enjoys the geriatric population
- Ability to supervise a COTA
