Requirements

Passion for motorcycles and the powersports industry
Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and maneuver motorcycles weighing 500+ lbs.
Basic computer skills to navigate service systems and documentation
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Must own basic tools required for motorcycle diagnostics and service
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on motorcycles
Assist with diagnostics and service work under the guidance of experienced technicians
Complete repairs efficiently while improving speed and accuracy over time
Inspect motorcycles and identify potential service needs
Communicate with service advisors and managers to ensure accurate repair documentation
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Collaborate with team members to deliver an outstanding customer experience
