  • Improve efficiency and productivity for better patient flow and satisfaction.
  • Maintain high professional and ethical standards while handling confidential patient information.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Typing speed of 45+ WPM, with a preferred test speed of 70 WPM.
  • Knowledge of anatomy and physiology is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to operate a personal computer and related software applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Experience in a dynamic, highly stressful environment.
  • Shadowing, internship, volunteer, or research experience in healthcare.
