Requirements

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
  • U.S Citizenship required.
  • A High School Diploma/GED.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% of the year (CONUS and OCONUS).
  • Ability to obtain/maintain a U.S. Passport.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed.
  • Manual dexterity to perform detailed assembly tasks.
  • Ability to climb ladders and lift/carry items up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience traveling for work.
  • An active DoD Secret security clearance.
  • A valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the fabrication and assembly of mechanical and electronic systems.
  • Support large-scale and detailed mechanical assembly tasks under direct supervision.
  • Perform general labor such as loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials.
  • Learn structured cabling practices, including termination and testing of fiber optic and copper cabling.
  • Install cable trays, communication cabinets, grounding/bonding, and raised access flooring.
  • Follow established guidelines and instructions to complete assigned tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards while working in diverse environments.
  • Travel extensively to both CONUS and OCONUS project sites in support of Navy installations.
